wheels/tires and a lowering job!
X2. and a good camber kit on all four corners to fix the alignment. and drop the dough on tires. dont get the cheapo ones to save a little money. with it lowered correctly, and a great set of tires on it, you will not believe how well it will handle. oh, and a set of sway bars would be a great improvment too!

Thats the beauty of import tuning my man, there is no "correct," right or wrong part. If it looks good to you, rock it! If your looking for places to actually buy wheels, i've heard good things aboutWheelMax

just to throw this out there, the spoiler looks good and WTF you can only go down to 35% w/ tint where you live? 30% is legal in the northwest but it's sooo easy to get away with 25%... sometimes lower. I'd concur with the I/H/E, thats all my 98 EX has got... no wait mines lowered too, anyway those three things will help a lot, plus they all work together so if you slap all three on at once you'll def feel the difference... oh yeah, no matter what, if you can afford to paint the trim, DO IT! Love you car BTW, how many miles does she have?
