Alright i just got a great deal on a 95 civic lx and i have about 500$ im looking to put into it to give it some more power. open to all suggestions cause i really dont know what im doing but just wanna get as much hp out of it as i can.

 

get a job and save... start with the basics.
1. Intake $100-$250 go with the Aem V2 its about $236 on ebay
2. Header $200-$400 depends on ur preference but Dc Sports is good
3. Exhaust $200-$600 also depends on the sound you want, i have an Apexi N1 Catback

Prices vary and always check ebay before going out to the local tuner shop and pay top dollar, now im sure you could go to autozon and buy a cheap intake and muffler but you get what you pay for....

 

maybe some thicker ignition leads - 10mm and better spark plugs.....not to sure on prices im from australia so its different

 

first put an intake, if u are on a budget, get a cheap 1, then a cat back, then go with a chip. dont get a header yet intill u decide if u are goin to boost it or not. its not worth buyin one when u just take it out in a year to replace it with a turbo manifold. also accel wires and plugs are cheap to buy and will give ur civic a little kick.
