What is the best way to shrink a picture so it will fit on my profile?.

I used windows paint, then go to image, then stretch/scew and bring it down from 100 percent. It looks a little crappy but gets the job done.

there are a few programs out there that are great for the job...I.E. photoshop OR Paintshop Pro
