Default Please help :)

Hi guys and gals new on here bought a 1999 honda civic LX manual transmission for my kid. We got it home it wouldn't start. Changed out starter(which was froze) still wont start. I think it is the clutch maybe not initializing. When I turn the key the power comes on and the fuel pump but nothing happens. I checked battery and even got the thing charged still nothing. Any ideas? I cant keep buying parts I just want to get it started it's so discouraging. Please any input would help.
thank you!!!!

Does the starter make an audible click when the key is turned? If not, you aren't getting power to engage the starter onto the flywheel.

If yes, it's not enough power. Faulty battery, wiring, or starter would be the culprit.

Hi thank you for replying. I had a mechanic look at it and it was a bushing high up into the clutch. We had already replaced another bushing that was within reach for us, but that was only one of the problems. The car runs now so yay!!!!!!
