Default whats up

hey everybody. im new to this site and to civics. i just got me an 02 ex and im looking to do some mods and hook up the engine.

Welcome. I hate to say it, but those D17 engines aren't great for modifying. You can do intake, header and exhaust, but thats about it.

most the time with the guys who have em2's all they ever want are simple bolt ons. and get a nice drop, a good lip and some fogs and call it a day =)

with their reliability issues, the first thing I'd do is k-swap, no joke. plus it'd be 100000000X more fun

I just recently found out that bolt ons are about. I do want to drop it about an inch. If any is there an engine I can swap into it? Like a website I can just drop the cash on and get a motor in my mailbox lol? I would like a bit more than my stock 127 pony power. Back to the bolt on. Would an exhaust and manifold, headers and cool air intake be worth the money? Would the drive be noticibly different? Any help is greatly appreciated. Oh one last thing. I heard something about reprogramming the ecu. Any thoughts on that?
