Greddy kits are gated @ 5.5 PSI.

 

GReddy kit comes with Blue Box or Emanage, which are both bad versions of fuel management

and 3 PSI would probably give him minimal gains, but it all depends on the turbo If its a huge dieselturbo that takes alot to spool, he'd see some gains, but if its a little T25 or T28, thered be just about nothing there. But like Pete said, if its internally gated, cant do much about it, unless i think you could maybe weld somethin shut and install an extrenal gate, which i know nothing about, i've just heard of it, but he'd be very safe at 5.5, as long as he gets a REAL tune.
