Default Adding a Turbo

Hey
I have a 2003 honda civic coupe d17 imported from the states, all stock parts except an inox filter k&n, and an exhaust too...all the rest is as they come out!
First of all i would like to know if its worth it to install a turbo and how much can it "boost" the car, but honestly i dont even know where to start
On ebay theres tons of products and i cant decide what to choose
Would be nice if someone could give me some guidelines, would be very thankfull
Im sorry if this is a re-post but i got to know this forum a few days ago and im the typicall newbie
Thanks

yes indeed welcome. there is a lot to learn and know about before boosting any vehicle. I still do not kow enough. But i do know not to order anything off of ebay. so as advice dont buy off ebay. you may have to pay a bit from the name brand websites but it is worth knowing you ARE gettin worthwhile parts. hope this helps

^^^ not ENTIRELY true. For most people, an eBay FMIC and piping will work just fine. Other than that, I wouldn't use anything of eBay brand. Also, I'm currently working on a DIY turbo install with accompanying parts/price list

homemadeturbo.com has quite a few turbo parts in the classifieds if you end up piecing the kit together, but a lot of time on teh newer models you need to buy a complete kit to make things easier. Make sure to read the "Turbooing D17's" sticky too.
