the .84 exhaust housing is going to take alot longer to spool compaird to the the 57 trim .63A/R

the .63 will spool on a b16 around 3500-4K rpm and be producing full boost around there also.

the .84 will be able to flow more air, and be able to make more power on the top end. but it'll take ALOT longer to spool... 5-6K i would say to hit full boost.
i would suggest the smaller turbo for a stock motor setup.. then go to the bigger .84 exhaust sideed turbo for a built motor

is your car gonna be your daily driver? A lower spooling turbo will put you into boost faster and might not be very good for mpg, but if its your driver around town in the city you'll feel the power more than a higher spooling turbo that takes longer to put you into boost
