Default Can I turbo?

So my question starts with some background about my car, its a 91 civic hatch with a b18a1 swap in it. the internals are stock except the pistons i have high dome pistons (which has raised the comp from 9.2:1 to close to 10:1). I also had a bunch of machine work done on the block, decking, valve job and porting. My question is can i put a turbo on this engine without breaking a bunch of stuff and can i tune the engine so i don't burn up any valves? if so what psi should i run and how could i tune it?

https://www.hondacivicforum.com/foru...ion-faq-68360/ have you read this?

Your question is just so full of blissful ignorance about the whole concept that I'm at a loss of where to begin. Please read the thread above and come back with revised questions.
