civic turbo limp mode

civic turbo limp mode

I have a honda civic d16y7 turbocharged. When i reach 4500rpm the car goes into limp mode.
Can somebody tell me what is the problem?

i'm tuned with crome. i have the software on my laptop, but i'm not sure how to use it.
