my oil return line port are facing upward and on the worng side i cant figure out how to move the middle section of the turbo so it is facing downward towards my oil pan...i can rotation the housing but nothing on the exhaust side

i painted the bolts in the pic of a turbo that you need to loosen and then the oil inlet/oil return middle section will turn 360 degrees

i tried that the other night and i couldnt get two bolts undone so i gave up

 

i couldent get those 2 bolts out either
!!!

 

just use an long open end wrench. you just have to get them loose for the turbo center to spin
