I now this has probably been asked before but i am in Brazil and my English is not very good looking. So my deepest apologies a head of time.

i live in Brazil and parts are very hard to get so i have to order them from the US.
I have a civic 1999 d16y8. i want to improve run time at 1/4 mile and still occasionally drive on street. Engine swap is out of question, car and engine are numbered and hard to get permission to change.
I need a shopping list for the following:
pistons, rods, head build up, turbo kit.
looking for best bang for the buck. no nos, not available here.
Any suggestion you can help with will be greatly appreciated.
