i need help plz
[blockquote]i have a 95 civic ex with a 98 gsr with 8.5 to 1 pistons its has a sknk2 manifold,sknk2 68mm throttle body ,rc470 injectors, aem fuel rail, aem fuel pressure regulator, 225lph fuel pump, turbonetics t3/t4 hybrid turbo, external wastegate, 10mm plug wires, greddy boost controller that i dont think works and i dont know how to use it, and it doesnt have an o2 sensor, it has a p28 chrome chipped, and it was takn to a shop a dynod and tuned. and im having a few problems with the car it was dynod at 13 lbs and over a course of 2 weeks the boost dropped to 6.3lbs and i cant figure out why and i dont know how to bring it back up? does anyone have a problem with there turboed cafrs overheating? any help would be greatly thanked and i am currently in iraq right now.

This is kind of an odd question coming from someone who owns a turbo car. You should alreadyknow things like this if your going to own a turbo honda. Give us a little more info on your setup and maybe we can help you out. You really shouldnt just be turning up the boost without tuning for the extra power being made. You are VERY likely to blow something up doing that. Start researching on here a little and you can probably answer your own question.
[blockquote]ok its a 98 gsr with 8.5 to 1 pistons its has a sknk2 manifold,sknk2 68mm throttle body ,rc470 injectors, aem fuel rail, aem fuel pressure regulator, 225lph fuel pump, hks turbo, external wastegate, 10mm plug wires and i bought the car this way so im new to turbos myself. and it also has a greddy boost controller that i dont think works and i dont know how to use it. and it doesnt have an o2 sensor

You may have a boost leak or your boost controller doesn't work. I would say it' s your boost controller b/c if your running only 6 psi that's probably what the spring inside your wastegate is set at. So basically your boost controller is not controlling boost, the 6psi spring in the wastegate is controlling boost levels.
The overheating could be your thermostat. They are cheap and easy to replace.

[blockquote]well i also dont think the boost controller works but its got power to it and it is reading boost but i dont know how to use the controller and i changed the thermastat and the radiator cap and there is an si radiator in it and it still heats up to about half when you are on the freeway or when you get on it

Your gauge should read about halfway between H and C. Thats the normanl operating temp. I would suggest just getting a manual boost controller or replacing the solenoid in your electronic one (if thats whats wrong with it)and tuning for a little more boost before you ever push it past 6psi or you will blow something up.
[blockquote]well thanx for the over heatin i didnt know that was normal for turbod cars. and i think thats what ill do is go with a manual boost controller that seems simpler and i dont have to worry about boostin higher than 6 psi because its chrome chipped and it was dynoed and tuned at 13 psi so im not worried about that. and would not havin a an o2 sensor have anything to do with anything?
