w00t hey jack

I say go with the gt30r; either that or a real garrett t3/t4 (none of that ebay s**t)

I'm sorry but you will not be able to run a 30R on a stock block. The pistons and rods just wont be able to handle it.

I am currently running a LS Vtec in my integra with a built bottom block and stock B16 head. I am going to run a Garrett T3/T4 57 trim with a .60A/R and tune it at 17-18 psi on pump gas which should put me in the 350-400whp range.

Yea gt30r seems a bit big for a stock block and that kind of pressure but an ls block should be able to hold 300whp if its not revving all the way to 8k all the time.

when I talked to him, he was saying about building the engine, so I'd assume the stock pistons will be out of the car as well as the rods when he actually boosts it.

So kevin, how's my little snail doing?

ok well the OP's post isnt very clear so I wasnt sure what he was asking. If the block is built, thats a whole new ball game. Then it will depends on bore, pistons, rods, stroke, sleeves, o-ring??, crank, etc etc on what would be the most effiecent turbo for you.

If the block is staying stock and you want to run 15 psi on it and it will be a DD then you could go with a T3/T4 57 trim as myself but I still wouldnt run 15 psi on the stock block. The average set up on stock internal bottom end is 6 - 8 psi but again every set up is different
