Default need help

my name is sean, i have a 91 civic si hb and im turbo charging it and have no idea what radiator to use since my IC pipes have to run right where the factory radiator is, i know i have to get a smaller radiator just dont know which 1. also need to find a oil return line for the turbo which look to be an older style mitsu GST or GSX turbo, the turbo i have is a TD40 is very small and has no threading for the return line looks like the plate hard line style.

Here are 3 different ways to do a oil return line the third one is a full kit and the first one you could buy this flange a gasket and bolt it to the turbo then get an #10 bulk head and then drill a hole threw your pan and get a hydraulic hose with a #10 on each side and attach them togather that way. There are alot of return line situations. Do you have the big radiator if so then just get a radiator from like a 96 or whatever ex with an auto. I have no idea what a TD40 turbo is are you sure its not TDO4 and its probably a 13g from an automatic DSM. Good luck it should be a good turbo for you.
