Ok, Once I get my Civic, I am thinking about turboing it down the road, like maybe 4-6 months after I get it. I am going to intercool the turbo and only run about 8-9 psi. It will also under go a good tune job. So I haven made up my mind on what turbo kit I will use or Intercooler. Any suugestions? Would you suggest buying a used turbo kit? Thanks

Oh forgot to mention its a 2000 Honda Civic Si, 1.6 L Vtec! Coming to my driveway August 1st !

ALSO !!! check this link out at the procharger website. My dads 04 GTO has one, but I didnt think it would put out such amazing results for imports!! They are costly but you can install them urself on a long weekend. It returns 70-75% HP on a 2000 Civic Si @ 9 psi !! Thats what Im getting. hmmm

greddy makes a really good kit, if you want a little more power with reliability then go with the edelbrock kit... puts you up to like 220whp fully tuned and everything

 

custom turbo kit, no S/C their over rated in my opinion

 

hm...gear driven supercharger? thats actually a sweet idea if you could get it to work right and get the right size gears.

 

prochargers are just a belt driven turbo arnt they....? highly ecommend a turbo.
