Default Need Turbo Info

Okay well I want to get a garrett ball-bearing turbo charger and turbo kit but dont want to have a problem with fitment and power... Got some questions. =)

1. Does the GT35R Garrett Ball-Bearing turbo fit T3 turbo exhaust manifolds?

2. And is the ball-bearing turbo charger the way to go or should i go with a normal liquid-bearing turbo?

3. Since the ball-bearing turbo says it spools faster and reduces turbo lag, does that mean it makes less power at higher RPMs?

4. Are turbos pretty much universal and all you need specifically for your car is manifold, I/C piping, and downpipe? Or are turbos built for specific cars?

Thanks and sorry for so many questions =)
