why so set on emangle? from what i just read about the ultimate version, its a new update of emanage to compare with the f/ic, and you still have to buy the pressure harness seperate. the f/ic is a nice compact all inclusive unit with a built in pressure sensor. aem's list price is $464, you can get them cheaper from a variety of places. i know i'm prolly starting to sound like an ad campaign for dezod but theirs is listed at $414. if you can solder and have the time, then you're done and out the door for 80 bucks cheaper. or you can get the pnp harness for 125, and i highly recommend it. with the harness it took literally 15 minutes to install. so you're out the door for about 30 dollars more with a better unit, easier to deal with, and a pnp harness. by all means make your own decisions, thats just one guys opinion.
read this: info about f/ic and emanage, open loop v. closed loop and a few other tid bits

here is a guy that loves the ultimate, but isnt running a turbo, he is using it mainly for the rev and speed limiter stuff

wait you have a d17? hondas worst engine for mods. Do it right the first time, build it. Dont go with a piggy back unit. Theyre garbage and fool the ecu into thinking things. Use hondata or somethin of that sort

And I wouldn't even considering turboing a D17. You'd be better off swaping a K20a2 in there and turboing that. You'd get AMAZING results.. Sure, its kinda costy, but thats what you gotta do when you want serious performance.
