yeah i figured traction issues, ill just get some big *** tires, then have axle problems lol

Well the most important thing for you to do is get it tuned. I suggest finding a well known respected dyno tuner for your build tell them all of what you have and they might tell you what kind of engine management they tune and suggest either way get it dyno tuned by them. Personally for your build I would probably choose the Hondata s300 unless the tuner suggests otherwise. As far as cams and etc, a b16 has the best flowing production head other than a k20a I believe soI would just keep that all stock and add boost if you wanted more power especially if your block is going to be that strong. Adjustable cam gears will add to further tuning advantages on the dyno. hope this helps and good luck on your build. Oh and I think stock honda cranks can take about 500 hp so you might be ok not positive though.
