Well while we're on the topic.....i was looking for prices on the AEM EMS for my car, and i came upon this site. One of the things it says the EMS does is "Fuel Table Automapping". Are they saying that it will automatically re-map your fuel curve or is this something else?

It will to a certain extent. What it does is takes reading from your air/fuel input and your egt's, knock sensor readings, O2 sensor readings and when it takes notice that your car is running lean it will fatten the curve to a safe level. This is not to be confused with it tuning for you because it does not do that. What it does is puts you at a safe level to work from.

Also what Pete said is 100% true, the EMS is worth every penny you would spend on it. The Ultimate works and all but I myself am not a fan of anything greddy anymore. I have had the mis fortune of having to work with the regular emanage, the e-01, the emanage ultimate and all of them have given me great problems. The emanage ultimate would never even run the car right(we had the 3rd emanage ultimate sold on U.S. soil or to a U.S. consumer). I have took notice to greddy lieing about piping size in their exhaust also which to me is a point blank disrespect to consumers. When you have all these problems with their fuel management and have a 2.5 inch exhaust sitting in front of you with what looks like hand mig welds and it only measures out to be just over a 2 inch diameter on the inside of the pipe you tend to not have to many good words about a company.

Pete i noticed that in other threads you said that you have the Greddy Blue Box. I understand and agree that the AEM EMS is alot better, but i dont got alot of money to work with. You have a turbo, and the Blue Box, and i assume its working out....so if i NEED to get the Blue Box, will it work alright?

And damn, all this GReddy-bashin' is given me second thoughts about the Evo 2. [&:]
