Default ok for boost?

I'm debating geting a turbo kit over a gsr swap again.... I'm wondering tho if my engine will be safe. I plan to do a leak down test and compression test. But about a half a year back I broke a valve cover bolt putting on my cover, and my mechanic couldn't get it out because it broke too far in. So what he did was put in a new head gasket and used this sealant stuff around the cover to seal it so it wont leak.

Will running on boost add too much strain on the valve cover or should it be fine with the sealant? It does have 3 of the four bolts also holding it down.
