Black spray paint.
Shake well
Push Nozzle down
Move from side to side until intercooler is fully covered in wet black paint
Let dry
Install

Next time I will be charging for my best secrets.[8D]

^ lol jackass.......to add to that maybe clear coat is so the paint doesnt get cancer.

Just out of curiosity would that hurt the intercoolers performance at all?

Just don't lay it on really thick, it only hurts the performance slightly but it's not that big of a deal.

if it chips off, then add more layers

use the high temp paint for headers or for grills

Exactly. One layer seems to be enough anyway.

its gonna get chipped no matter what, its in the front of your car. a nice coat of flat black would do the trick and it shouldnt rust because almost all intercoolers are aluminum

Chipped paint = it's just a radiator.[8D]
