i have an ecu to raise the rpms to 9300 instead of 78 or 8000
STOCK engine, STOCK revlimit. Don't be stupid, you're going to float a valve or snap a retainer. That, and feeling stronger is a pseudo experience, the stock cam doesn't make power past 8200. And no, I/H/E doesn't change how much air the cams can physically allow into and out of the engine.

Don't believe me? Put it on a dyno, rev it to 9300, and watch the horsepower graph drop like a rock after 8200.

very true...i don't understand why you would want to rev that high on a stock motor with stock cams.

If it's very true, why are you agreeing to disagree?

you guys make a very good point! i am really new to the import scene though. i am used to saying headers because i used to run muscle cars all the time so i am used to refering to two header units. Sorry about that damn!!! so all these high revs and **** are new to me so i would appreciate it if dudes would just help me out instead of trying to embarrass me when you don't know nothing about me and all i am doing is asking a simple question.

^ sorry man, the headerS things comes up alot with new guys and its always fun to correct it. And messing with the rev limit could really mess up your engine, you couldfloat a valve or snap a retainer like Sov said so i dont htink its a very good idea to be revving 9K, but again i think we'd all like a little more info about the chip.
