Ihave a "93" automatic civic ex, bone stock with very low miles(40k). I realy want to gain some speed out of what i already have, and havebeen researching and considering turbo charging. i realy could use some insight on this and even suggestions to give my cars some *****.....

 

the best thing you could do to give your car some ***** is do a manuel conversion then boost it to 225whp and it would be very stout on the streets with "*****" to back itself up

 

yeah ive definitly though about that . would you kno about how much somthing like that would take? and im sure its no walk in the park

 

depends on how good of a deal you could get. You could probably find everything for the manuel from sombody that was swapping motors. Then you could find the rest at a unk yard for probably under 200 bucks, if you shop around right and know what to look for probably around 400-600 bucks

 

You dont' HAVE to do a manual swap. It would still be pretty sweet with the Auto, although SC might be more fun in an Auto. Much easier install and torque on demand. No IC, BOV, oil lines, boost creep or many of the other headaches of turbo.
