hey guys can you give me your opinion on this turbo for the price and specs

what do you guys think would this be a good turbo for the d16? also hes selling it for $350 shipped it has 1500 miles and only minor up and down shaft play he says its due to lack of oil as its dry right now. quick reponses would be amazing
