Default turbo questions?

Hey just a few questions on turboing civics,
Greatful for any answers?

1, if you run a low boost such as 8-9psi can u run standard internals?

2, if you run the above spec on a t3 turbo or maybe even a t25 if it fits the manifold what bhp and torque should you expect on a 1.6civic coupe (1998)

3, what bolt flange is on the wrx turbo is it a 4 or 5?

4, What should you do to the fuel management/ecu if you run the above kit?

You see i am trying to prove that a civic can be turbo'd on a budget i am even going to test one of those dodgy looking turbo kits off fleabay! :P
thanks for any help you can give me,
Ben

i think someone on this site is testing one of those ssautochrome turbo kits. and 8psi is fine on stock internals. fuel managment should be a better, adjustable PCM, but for a budget kit you can use a missing link map sensor.

you should be able to run 9psi fine on the stock internals as long as you had it tuned right

i know 97civic is pretty much done with his turbo kit that he is testing aka the ssautochrome one
