is there anyone here that has a turbo and will say to not go turbo its not worth it?
I think it is completely worth it. yes it is expen$ive but worth it at the end.
If u want power then do it if u don't want power then don't. its simple.
if u are building a show stopper then no u don't need a turbo. if u are
building a car that will eat mustangs for lunch then yes do it. ( if u can't tell
I got beat alot by mustangs when i was NA )
so just ask your self do i want power or not.

If you boost is it a good idea to bore your engine and put larger pistons and forged rods in it?

Not necessarily bore it. Forged pistons and rods are always a good idea, and are pretty much necessary for moderate to high boost levels. Cylinder sleeving wouldn't be a bad idea either.

if you're gunna bore it you might as well get a stroker kit to keep the bore:stroke ratio square. cylinder sleeving isnt neseccary unless you're building for over 350whp. but its a good idea if you're getting pistons and rods just so you can turn up the boost if you want.
