Yeah, one way as in you can't pressurize the master cylinder. It only lets air leave the master cylinder, IE under vacuum.

B) u might be under boost. i think u will be. By the way that makes it unroad worthy.
Turbo's and Superchargers are both load induced boost. You're not in boost unless you're on the throttle. When's the last time you hit the brakes with your gas pedal on the floorboard?

That and there's a one way check valve, so even if you were (brake boosting) you can still use the brakes, they just don't work as well as they do under 26hg/vac.
