thats all on the DL, no ones gonna announce it over the internet, they can get in mad trouble. just take it to a business whos run down, they just pass you for the money, i had my car inspected in 3 minuts. sucks for me because im legal and i would like to know if everythings good or not but yeah, it helped out when my moms van was trashed and we needed it inspected cause we had no other transportation. headlights diddnt work, no turn signals, check engine lite and everything, passed the test and got the sticker :P

 

yeah thats all it takes, just look for a rundown business and talk to them, say you need your car inspected and if it dosent pass, your just junking it, that way they wont try to say you need this and this to make the money. most of the time the just pass it.

 

Most of the time you won't find anyone handing out stickers lol. What you may have to do is just bite the bullet and make your car pass worthy. Get in good with the shop and hopefully by next year you two will be tight and he or she will just hand it over..
