In this case, I think that him not being punished is a punishment if anyone understands that.

 

Guilt in this case is more worse than any punishment the law could provide.

 

I hate to say it but I was about a inch away from being sick looking at those pictures. honestly that is sick I am not trying to be mean or anything I mean because she cant help it but it just sickens me that , that had to happen to someone.

There is only one solution then - do not drive. or ride. and live in bunker....

 

thats really sad. i don't how that girls family keeps from beating that little piece of crap to death. if something like that happend to my daughter i would probably kill who ever did that

 

I've seen that story before, that is terrible. I can relate in a way... one of my brothers was killed by a drunk driver and another in a coma for 6 months from the same accident. Drinking and driving just don't mix...
