ha.. i read about that yesterday when i was yahoo'in superchargers.. someone ran one on a camaro and it pushed 15hp

yeah theres a vid on streetfire i think of someone getting about 15 horsies out of a 00 si with a leafblower...

 

thats the thing i was wondering, numerous idiots around her are putting computer fans and other misc. fans in their intakes. but my question is.....would your intake suck air in faster than the turbine of the fan is spinning? then you would actually be LOSING hp because there would be a restrictor in your intake. Tell me if i am at all wrong.....

 

actually...some guys did a little experiment who worked at a shop with a mustang dyno that had a slow day. they dynod an RSX or something...then did it with a leaf blower attatched to the intake. it really did add like 10 hp. and then they decided to be ultra ghetto and spray nitrous into the intake of the leafblower and with the two together they seriously gained like 35hp. it was the most amazing thing ive ever seen.

 

so.. how do you control the leave blower when its running under your hood?

thats the part i dont understand.

like... when you stop, do you just have a leaf blower screaming under your hood? that would sound sorta embarassing i' imagine lol.
