Yeah so after tearing apart the seats i have determined that the only way of getting the prelude seat in is to make customer rails, or weld them in... it seems that the prelude on is almost a passenger side one, but it isn't cause it has a lever on the outside of the seat for moving it foreward, and is only accessable from the driver side.

^^ Ahhh dude! That's a good way to swirl up your paint. I would suggest claying to remove all that grime after washing, then wax. Waxing over all that crap is not a good practice. Sure itdoesn't show up on whiteor very light colors as much, but it causes the damage nonetheless. [sm=smiley20.gif]

yeah i should have clayed it, but i didn't have any at the time, and i am broke completely. i am gonna pick some up soon... and also i should order some royal blue... i have been meaning to for a lllllooooonnnnnngggggg *** time

OK so since the seat wont fit right now and no one has guessed it is from a 2nd gen(83-87)prelude

I can really relate to that.
As I recall I cut (drilled) one seat rail off the stock seat rail and mated it up with the donor seat. The seat slide system helped align it all and then I drilled the stock rail and bolted onto the donor seat. Little tweek here and there and everything worked out.
