Looks sharp. Now you've got a reason to tell the neighborhood kids to get off your lawn.

It will definitely be a change to the exterior of the house Not entirely sure which route we're taking yet (read: what is financially feasible), but one way or another that green's days are ****ing numbered!

Thanks for the compliments on the yard. For reference, here are a couple old photos I dug up for comparison. Quite a change..

"It's come a long way" is one hell of a understatement lol you're definitely saving that house with all the DIY's you've done to it. By the time you're done it'll be shown on HGTV's House Hunters or something with a couple and a camera crew walking through it ooh-ing and aah-ing

Lemme give you a bit of home ownership advice: riding lawnmower > push mower...lol.

Our next house will certainly have a yard that warrants that sort of purchase. For now, it's hard enough getting into some areas with my newly acquired Toro Super Recycler. It'd probably take longer on this small lot with a rider than a push.

I used to have a true push mower, no self propulsion, holy *** that sucked. The Toro has been a beast and actually made the lawn care enjoyable.

Now to eliminate all the ****ING CRAB GRASS! /rage

also, HUGE project currently under way. New pics coming soon.

You could use Bayer weed control but theres no sense. A hearty lawn will choke most weeds out.

Crabgrass also dies at the first sign of cool temps in the fall. Just use Crabgrass preventer early next spring.

Me and Crabgrass go way back. FML
