thanks man i wanted to see how the engine was swapped in there with the weird driver side mount bracket on the a1....streetsniper, actually the a1 shares the same internal specs as any 88-00 sohc 1.6 as far as rod length, crank and bore. these rods are actually not any stronger than 88-00 rods but look beefier although there are of weaker materials. i have used a set of these rods and pistons in an old a6 build of mine. very nice for the money. GL with the sale man i could use a 4dr but your too far from me.
