THE CAR HAS BEEN SOLD. THIS CAR IS NO LONGER FOR SALE

Ok guys so as many of you know I am selling the hatch. Please no low *****, I trying to come out of the deal the least negative that I can. I would like to sell this car to someone that I know will take good care of it, but I am also trying to get rid of it quickly, so I will sell it to the first person that give me a good enough offer.

For Sale:
-1996 Honda Civic CX
-$1500
-located in Arlington, TX 76002. (No I will not ship the car, and you will have to tow it to wherever you are taking it)
-181,568 miles on odometer, car actually has close to 205K miles. Not exactly sure of the exact mileage since the cluster has been switched to an EX cluster.
-Needs Engine work

My dad and I are the only drivers of this car since it was brand new and we have both taken great care of it. It was a great car for the time that I drove it. I am selling it because I did not want to mess with the engine, and upgrading to a newer EX seemed like the better option for me. But this car will be great for someone who wants a hatch to drop in an engine.

Problems:
-Engine
The engine does not run. I do not know what the problem is. I never actually got it checked out. It might be an easy fix, but it may need a replacement engine. When the engine was running, the transmission and clutch were running great. I had a brand new clutch put in about 3 years ago, and a used transmission with about 70,000 miles put in about 2 years ago.

-Suspension
There are no actual problems with the suspension, but it is not all the original equipment. The upper and lower control arms, springs, and shocks are off of my newer 00 Civic EX. All of the rest of the suspension is the original CX equipment. I do still have the original CX springs, but there are not on the car.

-There are some areas of the headliner that are starting to fall.
-minor body damage on driver door and driver fender (in picture below)

- EX gauge cluster

- Pioneer speakers

This is the area where there is damage. It is not very noticeable, but it is there. You can kind of see it in the picture. It's inside the white square.

well I just put it up for sale, and I already sold it. I was kind of hoping to sell it to someone that I knew or someone on this forum, but I feel that I did the next best thing. The guy i sold it to lives 2 streets over from me, so I can go see the car anytime I want.

also I found out he already has a B16 that he is going to drop into it as soon as he has the time. I'm actually pretty excited to see what he is going to do with it.

im sure he was pretty happy to find a nice clean hatch since he already has a b16 waiting.
