2005 CIVIC STRUT BAR INFO
HELLO:
I'm not sure about the quality of a manufacturer called "VIBRANT" but the only place I could find a strut bar for my 05 Civic Coupe LX is here ($54) :
http://performance.speedycarparts.co...31&brandid=246
Then with the help of this forum I found the SAME EXACT strut bar on eBay for $17.95.
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/HONDA...QQcmdZViewItem
Has anyone bought this product or have any input on the quality of this particular brand ?
It look kinda "cheap" but I guess for less than $20 bucks it's worth a try. Any advice or tips for the 2005 Civic Strut situation ?
Thanks Again for your input,
Rob From NJ [sm=feedback.gif]

RE: 2005 CIVIC STRUT BAR INFO
SO FAR I'VE FOUND A FEW ITEMS FOR THE 05 LX.
1) Magnaflow Cat Back Exaust
2) Injen Short Ram Intake (not listed on their website but it does indeed exsist)
3) "Vibrant" Strut Bar (The one that I have listed above.)
Recently I've been speaking to suppliers and they are working on new designs for the 05 Civic models. I haven't really searched for much more than I've listed on this reply but I'm sure I will be searching for more stuff to do in the future. (Header, high-flow cat seem to be the next items in the sequence of mods according to the guy's who help me on this forum)
I sound like I know what I'm talking about huh -------- a few weeks ago if you asked me what a Short Ram or high-flow cat were i would have said ------errrr a small sheep and a fast feline...................

RE: 2005 CIVIC STRUT BAR INFO
I have the same Civic LX as you, and I took a chance on Megan Racing strut bars (set of 3 - FU, RU, and RL).
I haven't got them on yet (hopefully today), but I checked, and it looks like the FU and RU fit. I haven't checked the RL yet.
I bought the set of 3 from eBay for $51 if I remember correctly.
I'll keep you posted.
