But for real, do you know the offset of your 17's? I'm assuming they're 17x7's and you're running 205/40-17 tires? If the offset is higher than +38mm and you're running the right size tires, you can lower it as much as you want without rubbing (except the front... you really can't tuck too much tire in front without it rubbing around slow turns)

that looks awesome! I wanna drop but not sure how much.. would i be able to go like 50mm all round with no trouble, yeh that is my wheel tyre set up by the way, i dunno about the offset tho.

your offset is really what will determine whether or not you'll have problems when you lower it. If it's a big enough offset, you'll be fine with any amount of lowering (within reason). If you're willing to pull off one of your wheels, the offset is usually stamped on the back of one of the spokes.
