Default 99 civic control arm bushing HELPP

Hey i just swapped out my suspension and on both of my rear lower control arms the middle bushing bolt was seized up that holds the bottom of the strut in place with the arm so we had to grind it off. So long story short, im wondering what can i put in place of that bushing, or does anyone know a place to buy used control arms? I'm not driving the car right now, but its only sitting on a bolt right now .. [:@]

Get new ones. Used bushings might not last as long or may already be dry rotted, especially if they sit in the sun! My Civic is 12 years old and the first thing I had to do was get new control arms because the bushings literally wore away.
