i bought a shell from my buddy and he had done the gsr brake conversion, i have now swapped my engine and tranny into this shell. The thing is the brakes are horrible. I dont know whats up. I have brand new brake fluid in and the lines and everythign were bleed. I cant stop very quick at all, i have to pump the brakes a few times and then put the brake to the floor juss to be able to stop going 20 mph. if any1 knows what i should do id apperciate it.

With the gsr brake conversion did you change the master cylinder, or is it the stock one?
