BRAKES DONT WORK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Default BRAKES DONT WORK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

so my brakes all of a sudden act like the need to bleeded so i did,...didnt work i think my abs pump is going out but i am not for sure every time i pump the brakes or push them to the floor the RPM's jump up and down between 500 and 2500 any one have an idea what is wrong..?? plz help dont want to have to take the crapper to the shop if i can fix it...

thats wierd.. one of my friends had that problem.. let me ask him and i'll get back to you on this.. i'm thinking one of your break lines leaking .. do you have abs.....??? mayb the abs control os going out..

If there was a leaking brake line then the pedal would go to the floor every time and your brakes wouldn't work. Check the hose that goes from the brake booster to the engine. Also, after you bled the brakes did the pedal feel alright? The brake booster uses engine vacuum to run so if there was a prob with the brake booster you idle might be affected.

yes i have abs sounds airy like when i hit the pedal like there is a leak (air) near booster so will check that not losing break fluid that i can find... i think it is my brake booster but not for sure...
