car doesnt look lowered

Its the wheel and tire that are throwing off the look of the gap.

you could always take each spring off, mark 1 complete loop and use a grinder and cut 1 loop off each spring, that will make a nice height

Eh, if it's not low enough for you, you are better off buying a completely new set of springs and selling the ones you have, not cutting them.

Skunk2 springs are progressive-rate coils, which means there is no proper way to cut them without screwing up the spring rate horribly. You can only cut a spring if it has standard coils, and even then there's a few rules of thumb to go by.

I'd say get new springs or even coilover sleeves (Ground Control coilovers are great and around $325) and sell the Skunk2 springs.

the kyb shocks are gr2 gas shocks and i wont be cutting my springs rather wait to get new ones

GR2's are not made for being lowered on. I wouldn't go any lower than what you have unless you switch to shocks that can tolerate it.
