Chances are that the spring on that one wheel are weak. If it sags, then its the spring. To check the shock absorber push down on the car above the wheel that you are testing. If there is excessive bounce then the shocks are no good. The shocks really should not bounce more than once. But once you bounce the car, you can usually tell by feel if the shocks are any good.

thanks alot for all the help, i'm gonna go jack the thing up in a few. also the car appears as if it may have been lowered somewhat, the back seems fine but the front is quite low.
then again i dunno much, i'm gonna go examine this thing closer in a few.

good idea. i'll take some pictures when i get a chance. nothing looks evidently wrong, doesn't appear to be any leaking from the struts or anything. i realized
my car ahs 4 different tires but all appear to be the same size.
