Went to autosports today and asked them if they would have a coilover for 02 civic and they told me they do have for 01 - 05... however, he hesitated when he heard my civic is 02... Apparently, 02 civic has different setup and if I decide to buy a coilover I will need an adapter from my dealer in order for this to work on my 02 civic.. I called up my mechanic and he told me the same thing, I need a Bearing adapter for the fronts in order for the steering to work properly(He mentioned that he installed one to a guys 02 civic and he has to take it out again because of steering issue without the bearings)... The problem my mechanics facing right now is the adapter that will go for the rear coilovers.. he cant really tell me what kind of adapter and kept on telling me he needs to contact the manufacturer. Whats the adapter that goes in the rear? HELP before I buy!
