coilovers vs springs
i say coilovers just because you can adjust them. like when i go to the track, ill slam the front and lift the ***. with coilovers your ride my be a little bumpier because the spring is more compressed. i think i said that right.
face down, *** up, thats the way we like to .... nevermind...
Ugh, i hear coilovers are a bit bumpier, but your ride comfort is going to be altered a little no matter what you do. I also hear the best setup as far as ride comfort is concerned, is Tokico blues with Eibach pro-kit springs.

I would recommend against adjusting the coilovers at the track hence you're screwing with your alignment...You're getting less tire contacting the grond so you're canceling out any benefits you get from lowering.
