i never put much thought into my front brakes until last night. i just got slotted and crossdrilled rotors for all 4 wheels, stainless braded hoses for all 4 wheels and new pads. my front calipers are different, one side is held on with 12mm bolts and the other side is held on with 14mm bolts. i didnt htink much of it and i kept going. i got one side swapped out and everything was fine. then i go to the driver side and the caliper bracket is a little different and the pads on that side are a little bit shorter than the passenger side. i guess i am going to do some hunting in the junk yeard and see if i can find a matching one to make them the same, but does anyone know what the differences are? is one side from a car with rear drums and one side from a car with rear discs?
