Is this correct?
I'm getting the stuff for the rear disc conv. and I got the porportioning valve for free. I just want to make sure its the right one. on the link for the diy it shows the same valve thats on my car now. is the stock one correct also?

RE: Is this correct?
you can just leave the stock porportioning valve on, but id rather myself change it to the 40/40 valve out of Tegs...im running rear disks now for like 1 month with stock im guessing 40/30 proportioning valve and booster...ill eventually get around to buying the right parts lol but for now its fine.

Here's a "what you may or may not need" list FOR 92-95 (other models may apply):
Calipers - rebuild if used ($6+ each), buy rebuilds if can't rebuild ($65+ each)
Brake pads - replace to be safe ($25+)
Rotors - resurface ($50+ set ) or replace ($90+ set)
Brake hoses - disc have different hose, they attach w/banjo bolt instead ($32+ each)
Trailing arms with disc- paint if needed ($20+ each, you may get luckier at junk yards)
E-brake cables - keep attached to the trailing arm, it makes things SOOOO much easier
Trailing arm bushings - inspect and replace if needed. ($80+)

Proportioning Valve - if you have a EX you can get away w/keeping the 3040 BUT replace with a 94-01 Integra 4040 P-valve NON-ABS asap. ($30 eBay!)
Brake booster and Master Cylinder - from integra, this I've heard is optional, but highly recommended. ($10+ junk yards)
Brake fluid - DOT 3, get the BIG bottle ($6+)
