thats too low of a setting for those spring rates. i'm running 450/550 springs on the Sports and for daily i leave them at about the middle setting and for when i race i bump it up to about half a turn from the highest setting. any lower and its just way to under dampened.

 

okay, so is 540 degrees a good turn for s techs?
