All of a sudden I go to pull the Ebrake up when I parked and I notice the release button is retracted into the handle. Its hard as ever to press the button when the Ebrake is applied.
Has this happened to anybody?...
What the heck happened?...
How can i fix this problem?...

yep, happened to me before, i just kept smacking it and wiggling it and it popped back out eventually, never happened again though... knock on wood
