front wheels shaking at 80 MPH after spacers installed

Did anyone have this problem before? The steerling wheel shake at high speed. I just had the tire shop to do 4 wheels tire balancing. It should not have wheels balance issue. That why I am wondering if the problem is from the spacers installed in the front wheel (5mm) Please advise.

Could be alignment also.
