FYI: Pics of ITR vs GSR Spring
I just wanted to though this out there because I haven't seen a good picture to compare the regular Integra springs to the Integra Type R springs. Their's like a 3 inch difference. Another thing was I didn't even need to compress the ITR springs to mount it to the stock shock.

The ITR springrates are 250F/250R, which isn't stiffer than all of lowering springs, but it's stiffer than S-Techs and a lot stiffer than stock. The thing they have going for them is the fact that the rear is as stiff as the front (uncommon in stock springs on our cars). And plenty of people autocross on those springs... you aren't allowed to change the springs in stock class.
